Excellent customer service from the beginning process all the way to the signing of papers and to receiving the car and going through extensively the walk through.
Welcoming and Comfortable I'm from Markham and I have no problem driving up to Stouffville to hang out with these guys for a little bit while my auto baby gets its TLC. Hoping to get a 4RUnner TRD Pro sooner or later...we'll see how kind the money fairy is to me in the future LOL. Always ask for John in service! He'll direct you in the right direction when it comes to taking care of your vehicle.

Welcoming employees The employees were all welcoming and there was no pressure into purchasing anything. Brandy said it like it was and there was no added pressure. We were happy with the Highlander and look forward to driving it.
Friendly atmosphere We were from out of town and they were willing to work with us to make the sale. All staff that we dealt with were very friendly.
