Tim helped us with everything. I thought my new RAV4 hyrid was oversteering just a bit at highway speeds. I was embarrassed to complain because it was so slight. They did an alignment and sure enough the toe was off a bit. They treated me very well and I am totally happy. The car is perfect now. If you are in the market, I would not hesitate to recommend Stouffville Toyota. Go see Tim Staley!
John Athanasiadis was very helpful and initiated communications with the manufacturer of the vehicle. He brought the matter to a satisfactory resolution and we are very happy with the level of service he provided. He went beyond the call of duty to please the customer.
I am usually very fond of this dealership but my last experience wasn't so great. I went for a transmission drain & fill and when I left there the lights on my gear shifter didn't work. They worked when I went in. I'm not sure if one is related to the other and I called and spoke to 2 different people about it and was told it's not related, but nonetheless, when I leave a mechanic and feel like more is wrong with it then when I brought it in, is disappointing.

Diane Bart provided outstanding customer service. He gave useful information, was very courteous and his estimate of the work time was spot on. All in all a positive service experience.
Good service but took along time even though I made an appointment. I think I was not taken on time. Shuttle service was excellent I earlier spoke to aYoung lady at customer service and she was excellent she explained the whole procedure to me
If you ever want services delivered, pls ask for Bart, he goes above and beyond, stellar customer service. I went in for an issue and he took care of immediately.
