Amazing Service Amazing service! Prompt response and very efficient with the time and my needs. I deal with Darryl who took extra step to accommodate servicing of my Toyota Prius.
Service advice excellent, service good I dealt with Howard who was excellent. Great customer service and very helpful and knowledgeable. I've only been once and overall very impressed withe dealership staff. My car came back from service with one of the tires low on air. The service staff promptly added air but the next day it was flat. I took it back to the dealership and they took care of everything. Seat cushion was replaced perfectly! Seat cushion was defective. Darryl helped set up the replacement under warranty and the service was completed in short period of time from the time I had the seat checked out at this dealership. Darryl was always very helpful and friendly.

Had a good van buying experience Luciano was very attentive to our needs, and was able to match us up with a van that met our needs, and then went above and beyond to get us the best deal for that vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have bought at Stouffville Toyota, and we have been treated very well both times. The service department has also be a pleasure to deal with with both the van this purchase replaced, and the car we bought a couple of years ago.
Expensive service Some of the prices I was quoted were reasonable but some were absolutely stupid. I don’t mind paying for quality work but it was overpriced.
