Good sales team I like the sales team specially Jun, however when I bought my first Toyota Rav 4 in 2014, seems services was better before when I compare with my new purchase (4Runner) in mid 2018. I think the quality of services is going down and honestly I do not know why service manager is changing the first time oil after 16000 km. Perhaps dealer is planning to save some money, however it appears that my car gas consumption has increased because density of engine oil after 12000 kilometer is getting high ! Thanks.

Great experience in the service department! Brought my Sienna Van in for service after a bunch of lights came on the dash in the middle of a snow storm - I work up in Newmarket so was scared to drive home in a snow storm with the check engine light on and Stouffville Toyota fit me in right away without any delay. Darryl in the Service Drive Thru was there to greet me and had a technician diagnose the problem within 20 minutes. What a Great Experience! So I bought a used car from Toyota, and Tim was amazing! He double checked that everything was OK with the car in terms of components, valves etc, before even trying to pitch the car to me for sale. Once he was happy, I was happy. I got a warranty and some extras with the car, and it was speedily done. Constant follow ups made me feel that I am well taken care of. Thank you Toyota Stouffville!
