Long-term maintenance on my sienna I have taken my 2012 Sienna to Stouffville Toyota for about 5 years. I find they are reputable and friendly. My service advisor Howard has always been straight up with me, I value his opinion.
Authentic & Honest After inquiring about a used Highlander I came in for a visit and was greeted by Jesse. Jesse was extremely helpful allowing me to test drive vehicles and ask a million questions. Happy with my lease experience I had met Haig earlier when a family member leased a vehicle with him at Stouffville Toyota. I had decided to do a lease myself when I went in again and had the same good experience to get it done. It was quick step by step through the paperwork, and Haig gave me a lengthy run through of all the features while we sat in the new RAV 4. FAST AND FRIENDLY The service department rocks, they are fast and friendly and so far have not tried to oversell me on services that I do not want which makes for a far better experience.
Feeling At Home After my old car died and the repairs were too much, I went on the search for a new vehicle. I came across Stouffville Toyota and inquired about getting a new vehicle. I was paired up with Arthur Roberge and in a matter of minutes, he made me feel right at home. A few hours later and I went from being stressed and carless, to elated and in a safe, reliable vehicle at a great deal. Happy to be part of the Toyota family.
Staff Receptionists and shuttle drivers were very pleasant and helpful. My Tacoma was in for service recall work. The recall work was done free of charge. I was offered to be up sold and have some other things inspected while my vehicle was there. I declined and there was absolutely no additional pressure to complete any other work. There was absolutely no charge for my visit.
