A car buyer's dream! Everyone at the dealership was personable and appeared to enjoy their jobs. In the past, I would've shied away from young sale people, seeking out the more seasoned. Excellent Experience_ Leasing Just leased an Altima from Collins Nissan. It was an excellent experience. I was double minded and unsure. Their staff, Victor, Mike, and Kelly all were very helpful and very calmly addressed my never ending questions.
My new car Jordon was a great salesman. Easy going and very personable. However, my experience with Krista was unsettling. Understanding that personal finances are a sensitive subject she pushed my comfort level during our meeting and then approached me again in the hallway to talk once again. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Your senior financial advisor Derek saved the sale. If it wasn't for him I would have walked away from my purchase.
