Fantastic staff, car delivery left a lot to be desired. I walked into Nissan not entirely sure what I wanted and extremely hesitant to purchase; however my vehicle was in dire need of replacement. I was fortunate enough to meet Nelson and he graciously guided me through the car buying process. Great staff! Super friendly and accommodating! I visited the dealership with no experience with financing nor had ever bought a car from a dealership as I found the idea overwhelming and stressful! The senior finance manager walked me through the process and helped me pick a car that was right for me. He did so without putting any pressure on me or taking advantage of my inexperience! Great Dealership This is the 2nd vehicle we have leased from Collins. Amazing Experience! The best dealership that I have ever dealt with in buying a car!. I have purchased two other vehicles before from other places and those experiences never came close to this one.
