Professional staff at this dealership helped us in our decision to purchase a NEW vehicle, as opposed to our original search to purchase a used truck. pleased with service Everything went extremely well. The staff was open and wonderful. We had no trouble getting efficient service and the answers we needed for our questions. They stuck to their schedule and saw us when we had our appointment. Ball joints/Buffalo Sabres/used car buying My experience at Collins Nissan was very random, while looking for a used car for my wife I drive by it by chance and spotted something I wanted to see closer, while still driving by slowly Jordan approached me to ask about rims on my truck. Great experience! It was nice that absolutely everyone I came in contact with were so friendly. I felt very comfortable. Jordan was amazing! What a terrific personality he has! Very informative! And so easy to talk to! I would recommend him to anyone!
