Good experience......Service/ new purchase So I took my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service.......oil change and recall work.........and I decided to look in the showroom before the shuttle took me home. Efficient, knowledgeable and superb service! Jordan was personable, customer oriented, super knowledgeable and efficient. The entire process was as smooth and pleasant as could be. All staff we dealt with were very pleasant and accommodating.
Came for a Rogue...Left with a Murano? Very satisfied with my experience at Collins Nissan. Domanic was very friendly and informative. More importantly, he was very accommodating when I wanted to bring the Murano home to ensure it fit in my garage. When my wife was comfortable with Domanic, I knew it was a done deal. Delivery went well and while Dom was tied up with another delivery, Jordan was great as he described all the he technology set up and need to knows about the new vehicle which made delivery go smoothly.
Salesman was outstanding,!! I really hope Nissan knows how lucky they are to have Nelson as a salesman. He is personable, he listens to your needs / wants, knows his product inside out (does his own videos on his product for his customers!), humble, and honest. If you have the opportunity to meet this man, and have him assist you, you will NOT be disappointed. He is thorough from A to Z. Ladies Collins Nissan has some eye Candy step on in lol I went in two weeks ago for what I thought was going to be a service visit for my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. I quickly found myself in Collins Nissan's show room and there was a beautiful Candy Apple red Pathfinder 2015. I have just been back to work from Mat Leave since mid January. Used 2015 Nissan Versa Note Jordan made the process of buying a vehicle enjoyable for my wife and myself. He was knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions without any pressure. He was also quite patient with my kids as they toured the showroom! In the end, I feel we got a great vehicle at a fair price. I would definitely recommend dealing with Jordan and Collins Nissan to friends and family.

I did quite a lot of online research beforehand I came to Collins Nissan having a pretty good idea of what I wanted: performance, comfort, appearance and value. Everyone listened, and no one tried to talk me into anything, or out of anything. I appreciated not being talked down to, as well.
