I just bought my 4 runner on May. Then after more than months all bad showing up in the vehicle. The aircon have a loud noise. And when you break the stirring wheel is vibrating.and the tire they installed to vehicle is 9 years old tire.i know the value of toyota is expensive but for the price 31500 k they must sell a quality vehicle that never give a problem after 1 half months. I bring to toyota to fixed the problem they asking me 1700 dollar to fixed.what huge disappointment.

Service department didn't tell us the calibers were gone when they replaced the rotors and pads. Now we have to pay double labor to replace them. Their answer was , we didn't have them in stock but we can order them in and put them on when they arrive. I asked for a labor rate but haven't heard back from them. So I went elsewhere and ordered all the parts I needed and will have them put on somewhere else, about $400.00 cheaper. They were also charging me $50.00 for supplies but didn't let me know what $50.00 worth of supplie... read more

I purchased a 2022 Tundra from Blaine at Silverwood. It sure helps when you have a salesman that responds quickly to questions and is clear in their answers. I would highly recommend Blaine and Silverwood Toyota for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle 100% satisfied customer!! Kert

Would not deal with this place as they asked us to leave $500 to hold a spot to find a vehicle, when we weren't satisfied with the only option they offered us so we found one elsewhere. We asked for our money back and she said due to the work they put into the vehicle the money we put down went to that??? lol this should tell you everything about how @Lana deals with potential customers. She basically stole our hard earned money in which SHE said we cannot get back!

Booked truck for warranty work, drove 1.5 hrs to have work preformed to find out there was a mix up, had to reschedule repair. Went back to have work preformed 2weeks later.Zero attempt to accommodate me for their mistake. Next time i will use an Edmonton dealer ,these guys suck!

I bought 2015 Toyota Highlander in end Of July 2020. I'm from Calgary & got vehicle delivered as I trusted this Dealership beacuse one of my friend referred me. Anyway after about 9000km I took to Charlesglen Toyota to get regular Oil change service & they mentioned that your Engine is little bit Noisy because it needs waterpump replacement, they quoted me close to $1000.I realised that this engine sound is same as from Day one I got from Dealer. Was supposed to pick up my car today only to be told that what I bought wasnt expensive enough to warrant a full tank of fuel. So apparently customer service is only important if you are buying a high ticket item. Lesson learned, when I am looking to replace my primary vehicle I certainly won't be visiting Silverwood Toyota, all over a $40 tank of fuel... Terrible experience overall. Will not visit again. Make sure you ask before you buy as standard practice in the industry doesn't always apply here.

Unfriendly and uninterested This dealership has no interest in providing a good customer service experience. They were rude, and made a customer question his decision. I will recommend Silverwood Toyota

Buyers Beware! This dealership sold me a 2014 Sequoia Platinum. I paid top dollar and when I got it found out it had been in an accident. It had a manufacturer defect discovered a month after purchasing after they charged me for a new air filter as it had a recall they forgot to address before selling causeing water to get into the air filter and freeze. The General Manager told me I was unreasonable in my demands of a new vehicle or fix it immediately. It took 2 years to fix this defect and over 30 appointments to the deale... read more
