Poor service Bought 2015 Highlander last June with installing remote starter. But the remote starter Has kept causing trouble electronically and makes the engine stop all the time after charging a smart phone in the vehicle. Tonight as the fourth time the vehicle towed to the dealership. Everytime I went to the dealership to take the vehicle back, I was told the problem was fixed. But it still has the same problem. great sales team not so great service Bought a used Jeep there on Saturday ( only minus 5) and when we arrived to test drive the vehicle would not start. The battery was weak. . No problem john said if we had problems bring it back we will check it out and replace if necessary. Sunday we had problems. Called John Monday and he told me to take it in. Bad customer service This is my third Toyota I have purchased and I have never had an issue with any of them. My only complaint is with the customer service I received from them after I purchased my brand new vehicle from them. They made me leave a large deposit prior to bringing the vehicle in and after four weeks have still not refunded it. terrible experience with service and buying a vehicle , vehicle was dirty in side and out was told lies about the vehicle and was promised the sun moon and stars to in order to seal the deal and went back on everything they said when the papers were signed , i would never go to this dealership again and wouldn't buy as much as a balloon of them again
