Parts should have been ordered after the first day I was there. Now I have to go back for the third day. Like my time isn’t worth anything. You should have told me you didn’t have the parts on the first day. I would have paid you for the parts that probably were needed. It would have saved me a day. Give your customer some options
I bought a car here in Lloydminster. They gave me 1 free oil change but yesterday April 7 I went to get an oil change but they just said they had changed the oil but when I checked the oil they hadn't changed it,and I took picture before and after and there’s no difference. very disappointing experience 1 Photo 1 of 2
The service dealership needs to understand that just because the car was not purchased with their dealership, warranty is still warranty. The service department should take listening skills and understand the true meaning of customer service.
I am quite disappointed with my purchase. I purchased my first Toyota, a new 2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime with the Technology package (loaded) on November 21, 2024. I had Lloydminster Toyota add a trailer hitch - beware, they will remove the kick sensor for the rear door and not give it to you and you will loose the function. I had great difficulty (days of leaving phone message and emails) getting it back and when I did, they cut the wires to disable it. The sales department sucks. They didnt care after the sales. My truck is delivered to me, without making me know its missing a block heater. Now i need to go to the dealership to fix it. With just $100 gas for me. Thats it. I pay 370 for delivery charge for nothing. They are just after sales, they dont care about the customer
