Great Service Very Friendly Service. Quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue and correcting it. They took me back to work after dropping the vehicle off and picked me back up once the work was completed.

Accommodating We purchased a 2016 Trail Edition 4 Runner, which had a problem with the satellite radio, which was identified prior to my husband leaving the dealership. The service department took it in immediately to see if they could fix the problem, 3 days later it was determined that a new radio had to be ordered-one would have been swapped with a vehicle on the lot, but there was not one matching our vehicle. Fantastic service! I recently had 2 recalls serviced at Silverwood. I was met at the service dept. with a smiling, happy to be there gentleman with a "servant's attitude!" Great Customer Service!!! I had only stopped by for an oil change at Silverwood's quicklube service and was prepared for a bit of a wait as I was third in line. After only a short wait, the general manager stopped by to speak to me and arranged to have my oil change done immediately by the service department....saving me a lot of time!!! I was really impressed and grateful for the wonder service provided!!!
