His customer service was great and he spent two days showing me used vehicles that might suit my needs. He provided great feedback/advice and helped to narrow down what I was looking for to one specific vehicle. Great service! We have been dealing with Art and his staff since 2008. Our family has purchased 4 Highlanders, a FJ cruiser and a XRS Matrix as well as friends purchasing 4 other Toyota vehicles from Art. His staff has been very professional and helpful at all times. .. Sherwood park Toyota was probably one of the nicest Toyota dealerships I've been in across canada. I bought my 3rd Toyota there and the service was great and I received a lot better deal than my hometown fort Mcmurray Toyota dealership. My visit at sptoyota Ivan Wow! What a pleasure dealing with someone so friendly, positive, professional and knowledgeable. We took a 4 cylinder Venza for a test drive, and then asked if he had time to get a 6 cylinder for us to drive. His response was yes, he had all the time we needed. 2014 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER XLE Went to the dealership and asked them to beat the price of other dealership's quote and they beat the price of other dealerships e.g. Sun Toyota, Kingsway Toyota and Mayfield Toyota. extended warranty was discounted, protection package was discounted, over all I got the vehicle I needed (Toyota Highlander xle 2014).
