Good experiance We enjoyed buying from Sherwood park Toyota. The sales employee Franco was great. We have bought may cars and this was one of the best experiance we had buying a car. Love our new 4runner.
Good Experience with Ivan Although we ended up not buying the vehicle, Ivan was extremely helpful in showing my son and I the vehicle we were interested in, including bringing it inside and warming it up prior to our visit on several occasions.
Leasing our Camry Both Ethan Cardinal and Owen Black worked hard to give us the car I wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They were friendly helpful people and for the second time, since we also have a 2011 Rav4 they they gave us a great car shopping experience! Thanks also to Donna for her very efficient help in filling out all the paperwork.

ECP Oil Change Service Dropped in today for an oil change, etc. Ended up with Carolyn as my Service Advisor, although not scheduled for service she said they could probably get it done in about 30 mins. I didn't time it but it certainly was close to the 30 minutes. Also asked for my tire pressure to be topped up and it was written on the service request for but I think the guys missed it as when I got home I checked the tire pressure and it had not been topped up. Great Service from Carolyn Carolyn has been my service advisor for the last few times. I trust her advice and appreciate her willingness to hear my opinion on the work that needs to be done. She is a lovely lady with a great sense of humor and excellent customer servcies skills. I will endeavor to pick the right service bay to ensure that Carolyn is my service advisor again. No complaints My overall experience was great! From start to finish everyone who was a part of the process was spectacular and incredibly helpful. Definitely the best dealership i went to in the process.
Commitment to service Carolyn has been my regular service consultant and consistently provides excellent service advice and counsel. She accepts my 'anal' approach to my aging Sequoia and recently assisted me when a foreign object (license plate screw) imbedded itself in a tire following completion of my service appointment.
