Outstanding service! Last year I ordered a new Toyota 4Runner from Sherwood Park Toyota. The sales person I dealt with was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The only issue was that they needed to order the vehicle from the factory because they didn't have any in stock. Although the wait was frustrating, Shawn kept me in the loop during the entire process and provided updates on when the vehicle would arrive. He was very professional and courteous and would recommend him to anyone who may be looking for a new vehicle.
My Awesome Rav 4! The purchase of my Rav 4 through Sherwood Park Toyota was a very pleasant experience made possible by our salesman Cameron VanOirschot. Awesome Experience with Anya!! Anya was a wonderful to work with! She helped me organise the trade in of my 2012 Toyota Corolla for a new Rav4 so it was super easy and worry free. Great place to buy a vehicle On December 31, 2009 my wife at the time and I walked into the showroom not realizing that it was actually closed. The salesperson and sales manager at the time didn't mind and stayed with us until we bought a brand new Corolla. They treated her like gold after. After my split, I needed a new vehicle. carolyn is actually the best The only reason I come back to sherwood park toyota is Indeed because of carolyn. After my shady experience with finance. Carolyn made me feel alot better by actually explaining everything I got with my extended warrenty. She also makes sure my car is in top shape whenever I bring it in. If I have any questions shes always firing off answers. This one time I had a rock stock in my brake pads and she told me how to get it out. She definitely is my go to person.

Fantastic service Ethan and Chris were great to deal with, they were very welcoming once I entered the dealership. Very knowledgeable with their product. Made purchasing a 2015 Tacoma very easy. I would recommend this dealership and will return when I purchase my next Toyota. Donna in finance was also great to deal with, very helpful and made sure you had a great understanding of the Toyota product.
