Awesome experience by the whole team. We just bought our first car from Sherwood Park Toyota, and it was an easy, relaxed and very professionally managed experience. Our Sales Advisor, Sophear was the main reason for this . His respectful, honest, and friendly manner made everything easy. His in-depth knowledge of Toyota cars and products meant any questions asked were answered concisely and accurately. His sense of humour only added to the experience, making it a fun and enjoyable experience.
Saved the day late Friday afternoon! Coming back from a ski day with the kids and all the lights on my dash lit up. A quick call to CJ in service and he told me that he could get me in as soon as I arrived. He set an appointment for me so my service advisor Cale was in the loop when I arrived at 4:45. They quickly assessed my van and advised that it needed further diagnosis and should not be driven to prevent any damage. Listened to my needs and situation to make service painless Came in to service dept without an appointment as I had the check engine light , 4lo , VSC and traction control off lights come on. This limits the transmission shifting. Carolyn Kozinko - great service personnel Went in for service today (command start not working) and arrived a half hour late, due to overtime physio. Got nothing but acceptance and smiles from CAROLYN K. Better yet, she put her great common sense to work, took the clicker to the right person and had it functioning in minutes (personnel on the phone said it would have to be seen out of shop).
