Toyota Sienna - Great customer service We were greeted in a friendly manner quickly and in French, which we really appreciated as francophones. The dealer, Charles M, was able to work his magic and negotiate a price that included some bonus extra features we wanted. Of all 5 dealerships we visited across the province, Charles was the first to make the price of the vehicle change in our direction. It was a stress - free car shopping! Everyone was friendly at Sherwood Park Toyota.And it feels secure dealing with the people especially with Charles Marois and Sneil Minhas together with John one of the managers.
