Their services, client care, and accountability are horrible!!!!! If you are lucky to buy a car without any problem, great! I bought a brand new car and the emergency brake doesn't work as it should be. I ask them to check it out and they did but they said they couldn't do anything, that they are sorry but I have to handle it and then they said they put tape on the camera to help. I bought my kicks at the end of July 2019 and needless to say I was not worried about a block heater. Well needless to say I just found our this morning that I don't have one and my salesman didn't tell me either.

Not good Had vehicle towed here twice for a solution to my vehicle not starting. We suspected the fuel pump to be an issue. They said they would run their own diagnosis on it which is great. They replaced the fuel pump.. vehicle wouldn't start so did something electrical on it.. thought the problem was resolved but wasn't. Paid $600 for that. Terrible service management Book an appointment to have a set of tires changed over. Change over takes 3 hours. Why make an appointment if your vehicle can’t even be serviced for 2-3 hours after the scheduled service appointment. No mention of this until you are at the dealership. No shuttle service. Terrible experience. Avoid.
Purchased new 2015 Titan pro4x constant issues Purchased a 2015 Nissan Titan Pro4x in October 2015. The truck has had nothing but issues. It is now waiting to have its fourth rear differential axle assembly installed on the vehicle at 52000 km of highway use. The axle is on emergency back order and has been for over a month with no arrival date in sight. Avoid this place The sales manager Craig promised to install arm steps at his cost but after it was installed I was fully charged. A day later he called me and said "Why would I pay for it?". It was amazing experience I have ever had. I have never thought about a sales man lies to customer. Avoid!!!!!!
Say no to this dealership I bought a used Infiniti QX56 from Sherwood Nissan. The entire experience was very unprofessional and second rate. The culture from management and all the way down to the sales person and financing was similar to a small town used car dealership. I've purchased multiple vehicles from various dealerships throughout the Edmonton area and this is by far the worst experience I've had.
