Excellent Service from every department. I bought my vehicle from Sherwood Nissan last Thursday. It was a quick and easy experience. As I'm a very busy individual the whole process from test drive to driving home that night took about 2.5 hours. My sales person was very kind and easy going. Which I what I really like. Buying new nissan rogue sv-shuja almani I bought nissan rogue from nissan sherwood few days back. Was very impressed with the service standard and dealing of sales guy who did his best to make the deal possible. However, the finance team could not cooperate much and they were pitching me the credit insurance product which i was not interested. Very pleased! We purchased our 2010 Murano in August 2016. Salesperson was Mark Jolivet - he was great (no pressure!). There were a couple small issues but Rick Hall made sure that they were corrected at no cost. When he was away, Chris S. approved another small repair. A little later I discovered the CD player did not work (which is a big issue for me). Mark Jolivet Had mark approach me while just popping in for a look at the Murano, For the next three days, all the way along the process of test driving, purchasing, and getting my new 2015 Murano on the road, Mark was patient, helpful, and not at all pushy whatsoever. Also, Andrew, the business manager was fabulous as well. Sincerely recommend this dealership, as others I had visited were beaten with modest, patient, and thorough service. And what a great car!
Great staff and product I had a great experience at this dealership with Peter, Kris and Cheryl who were all amazing to work with. Peter was amazing, he worked with me to find the right SUV that met my needs, expections and budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options.
