Use to be a great dealership there pretty good at getting you in the door and selling a vehicle. But the after the sale service, shameful. 1) I called the day of delivery, sales rep set up a time to come in. I show up sales rep pushes me off as he is dealing with another client, I am ok with this for the time being as the sales rep said he would only be 10 min. 45 min later I finally get the delivery paper signed off, but not before I transfer plates and take unit for test ride to ensure the issues were taken care of. Servicing I checked on the dealer website for the closing time of the Service Department this Saturday September 16th. The site said they closed at 1.30 pm. I called at 1.24 pm. I was told by the receptionist that the Service Department was closed and all it's personnel had already left for the day. I was asked to book an appointment on line or call back Monday. I then called Sherwood Park Muffler who were super nice mad were open. Terrible service by Nissan.
Warranty repair No service loaner provided for warranty repairs.shuttle bus not convenient. On reviewing low air pressure warning was told the tire required replacing. Had them add air. Tire working fine 6 wks later.
Poor dealership I lost my key .and i towed my car to Nissan dealership. my nissan senra was perfect car and they did something wrong on my computer and they told me they canot programme the key. And i have to pay $250 for labour work did nothing to my car other locking my computer
POOR SERVICE !! I pre-paid for my service in my monthly payment that they offered me when doing our financing. Seems like people who pay upfront get service faster than people who pre-pay. I waited for 4 HOURS for my car to get service done. I was right on time and even after 4 Hours of waiting there is hope for service to be done. VERY POOR SERVICE AND WORST EXPERIENCE. We bought 2 cars from this people and will never recommend anyone to go there. NOT FOR SERVICE AT ALL!!!
Overpriced Over the years I've looked for SUV's, trucks and currently own a Pathfinder. Every time I've shopped for either a new or used vehicle this dealership is high by 5-15% compared to anywhere else. Sherwood Park being an affluent community, maybe their core customer group isn't price sensitive, but if you're looking for fair market pricing, this is not the place.
Once the sale is over, they do not care Bought a used truck in March, "check engine soon" popped up in less then 5 months, was supposed to have warranty for a year, however, that information could not be provided by a sales manager and he did not have a time to look for it, basically did not care much. Lemon Farm Hi, bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 64k km from here at the end of November. First, we got one set of keys, and had to haggle with them to pay half for the second set. They were adamant about receiving two sets with our trade in. In the first week the doors would not open, took a couple trips and loaners till the problem was fixed. I wish I could give ZERO STARS My husband and I have stupidly purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I have never been so frustrated by a business. We have been working with the general manager and service manager for over NINE MONTHS now and the vehicle is still not in the condition we were told it was when we purchased it.
