Very helpful throughout the whole process and brought my car to me instead of me having to go and pick it up in Edmonton. Very satisfied with their service and I would definitely recommend them!!
Great experience ! I recently bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue and the experience was awesome. The dealers (Teddy and Orlando ) are so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Fantastic Experience This is the second car my wife and I have purchased here and we will be back when it's time for number 3. The entire process was fantastic, from the multiple test drives we took, to the financing, until we drove our new Rogue off of the lot. They sold us a defective truck. How this place has more than 2 stars is amazing to me. We told them within the same month it wasnt working - the AC and heat only worked in some vents- they took it in to said they cant fix it. Had us take it to the Toyota shop. They used our extended warranty without our permission and after they assured us they didnt use it. Took my car to get fixed. Charged me over $700 for diagnostics told me it was going to cost over $5000 to fix. Took it to local mechanic and cost under $1000. The one thing they didn't diagnose but knew about was the problem not all their other xx. Do you always rip off women when they come there???
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Worst customer service ever, Andrew the sales manager is a complete liar. Waited over 4 months for a factory ordered car to only be told that the wrong car was ordered, total BS. Confirmed with previous sales manager that the CORRECT car was ordered, but once it came in for some reason they did not want to sell it to me. Gordon was my product advisor and he was great. I would give him 5/5 review for his work. My poor rating is not a reflection on Gordon.
