Dealer backed issues identified with used vehicle Within days of purchasing a used 2010 Toyota Highlander from Scarborough Toyota Scion, the tail gate closing mechanism literally fell apart in my hands. She has always been very helpful and genuine in providing customer service. She made sure that everything is done to your satisfaction before you leave the dealership. This shows her dedication in what she does and for that i believe she is a remarkable employee.
This is my 5th Toyota with the dealership, and I keep going back because of the sales and service support. The staff make me feel like a valued customer and although in this day and age, that expression is thrown around a little too frequently, in this case it really applies. I was greeted enthusiastically upon my arrival by Kason. He made me feel like a valued customer and confident in the service my camry would receive at a reasonable price. He is a credit to the dealership as he acts in an extremely professional, konwledgeable and courteous manner. I had a very positive experience.
Mark Gideon and Ray Sakin helped my youngest son buy his first car: a 10 year old Mazda that had been traded in at the dealership. They were both excellent with him and very respectful of both the sales process (Mark) and the delivery process (Ray). First rate service gentlemen!
I was very impressed by the amicable, prompt, responsible and meticulous attitude Bob Mehra had demonstrated during my visit. He is truly a professional guy in the car sales. He really cares for the benefits of his customers regardless whether his clients will make the purchase or not. I have visited many Toyota dealers before going to this dealer.
