Great experience! We bought our Quasqai from Royal Oak are we were very impressed with the service we received. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be shopping there again and will spread the word about how great this dealership is!

So far.....So Good! Last week I took delivery of a 2017 Nissan Micra from Royal Oak Nissan. The car is everything I wanted and more. What was even better was the way I was treated through the whole process. Everyone was professional, honest, efficient & made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership for all your vehicle needs.

Happy wife, happy life. I don’t own a Nissan, but I do live in Royal Oak. I had been putting my oil change off when my wife told me she needed to drive up to Edmonton. Royal Oak Nissan was the only shoo able to get me in in short notice. Going beyond and ensuring that my vehicle was taken care of. Kelsey at the service desk was exceptionally nice, and pleasant to deal with.
Service staff The service staff was a delight to deal with. They were all very knowledgeable, and willing to help. Kelsey at the service desk was happy to direct me towards people who could help.
Oil change I took my Altima in for an oil change today. They streamlined the process, and everything went down without a hitch. Kelsey from the service desk was more than willing to go through the bill with me; pointing out my tire, and brake levels. Definitely worth the visit.
