Steady car service The service process is generally very good at this location. Price is what they quote, unless something else pops up and they always consult before doing more work. The only complaint is if you leave the car they are not great letting you know when it's ready to be picked up. I've been going here for over 3 years of service and the service department is always friendly, knowledgeable and polite.

Sales and Service excellence. While we do not live in Richmond Hill anymore (living near Barrie now), we didn't want to go elsewhere, so returned to purchase another Richmond Hill Toyota from Brian Gould. Again, we received an excellent level of Sales professionalism and customer service from Brian.
