Service Advisor My Service Advisor (Delon Khan) is very professional and remembers me when I go in to service my car. The reception area is very comfortable. Very good treatment overall. Because of the good service I only take my car to this location.

My Service Experience I like visiting the dealership for service as I am confident that the technicians will repair my car well. The hours of operations are convenient. My only challenge with the dealership is that the repairs take longer than planned most times. I also feel that the information shared will be reliable.
2016 Rav 4 I recently picked up a 2015 Rav 4 Limited. I have been leasing cars through Richmond Hill Toyota for the past 6 years. I have been dealing with David Hindley who is very knowledgeable about the Toyota line and knows what I am interested in purchasing. David provides me with good information and is very prompt in his responses. David also provides me with the best price possible.
Good service Good overall service. But be careful the will always blame you for what is wrong with your car. Twice this year they charged me for errors they made in the past.
