Check engine light flashing I called Richmond Hill Toyota when the check engine light was flashing in my 2015 Venza. I spoke to Rennie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to give me good advice and created a profile for my vehicle in their system. Since my vehicle was under warranty, she advised me to call Toyota Road Side Assistance to have my vehicle towed to Richmond Hill Toyota. Excellent service Brad Scherer patiently explained the repairs required for my car and ensured that they were performed correctly. He made me feel at ease, and was very professional and trustworthy. When the repairs were finished, I was thrilled that the cost was lower than originally quoted. It was the best Christmas present I could have received!

Service My Highlander needed to be serviced: oil change, new battery, water pump, and new winter tires. Brad was very polite and explained everything clearly. He wasn't pushy and invited us to shop around and check the prices elsewhere.
