Used Vehicle Purchase Excellent experience working with Ashraf on used vehicle purchase. Ashraf took the time to walk us through the process, take us around for a test drive and made the negotiations go much simpler.
okay service. very pushy for additional works the service is this time okay. sometimes good sometimes bad. but the most recent visit is good generally. staff are pushy asking you to do nonessential service work or didn't bother checking record for service works that already done recently. I can really feel staff wants to squeeze me to spend as much as possible without even considering if the services required. the wifi is very slow.
Service visit Very convenient. I was able to get my Sienna in for service(oil change) the same day I made the appointment. Very good service. The service adviser took my information right away and explained the details and price of the service. The service technician was driving my vehicle onto the car lift by the time i got to the waiting area. Polite and helpful during my first 8000 engine oil change The staff that helped me on that day performed in very good service manner and detailed in explaining to me about the condition of my new RAV4 after checking. Despite that the car wash was not possible during the severe cold weather that day, the staff did suggest an alternative choice to me for coming back when weather condition turned fine afterwards. This sound great!
