Great service! I have been going to Toyota Richmond hill dealership for the past 10 years. Last Saturday , in between going to my cousin's church wedding and reception with not much time in between- my car had issues. I saw Frank Valentini, Richmondhill Toyota senior service advisor and told him that my front light blew out. Frank took me in right away promptly, I purchased a light bulb and he changed my light. Amazing purchase experience I recently leased a 2017 Corolla from Richmond Hill Toyota. As a woman this can be very intimidating to do alone. The Product Specialist, Paul, that assisted me was excellent. He was very patient, knowledgeable and took the time to address all my questions and concerns and put me into a price bracket that I was VERY pleased with. Changed dealers and love the service! I came in for my regular service maintenance which I had previously done at a different dealership and I was amazed by the great and friendly service I received. I highly recommend Brad Scherer. He was considerate, kind, and genuinely cared for his customers. I have had been to 2 other Toyota dealerships before for service and this one is definitely the best I have been to.

Friendly staff, easy and honest experience I wanted to lease a Camry and I was lucky enough to meet Jeremiah. He was very enthusiastic and eager to explain every nuance about which I had questions. He was not pushy but rather wanted to get to know what I needed. One thing that really stood out, was that every body I dealt with at the dealership was honest and upfront. I was comfortable to ask questions about fees, charges, and upgrades without feeling cornered or "manipulated".
more discount The maintenance fee is much higher than other body shops. As a royal customer, I really hope your company can offer a special discount whenever I send the car for maintenance or repair. I also hope to meet more service advisors who can speak Chinese. I feel difficult to understand the mechanical words when my car needs to replace parts etc. although all service advisors try their best to explain to me.
