Mr. Ashraf Zohni is the excellent product advisor Recently, I bought a Pre-owned Toyota Rav4 2015 limited from Richmond hill Toyota. Ashraf Zohni was my product advisor and i made a deal with him to buy the car. I found him, he was very helpful,honest, friendly, polite and patient manner. Even though i changed my mind twice to buying the car but he help me with different angles as per my situation and finally he made me happy with his fantastic customer service skills and better way to care the customer needs.

Great service when I thought something was wrong with car Bought the car from here in August, 2016. Last night my daughter had a problem with the car and did not want to risk driving it. We had it towed home and this morning I called the dealership to tell them the problem. I had to leave a message but I got a call back within 20 minutes.
