Recall service required Used the messaging service the morning to book my appointment (4hr timeframe). After dropping off my car I used the complementary shuttle service to get me home were I was able to do some work... Shorlty afterwards I received a call from the associate telling me my that my rear brakes were in serious need of replacing (I was trying to put it off). Excellent service on my Toyota, as well as on my Lexus. Not only I bring my Toyota back for service, I've also bring my Lexus for oil change and service check up as well. People will actually treat you with care, do only what is needed, unlike the other dealership for my Lexus where they will talk to you politely if you drop a few hundreds or thousands dollars there.
