Great service from Frank Valentini I was most impressed with Frank's service. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he makes all his customers feel special. Hi bright, friendly smile makes you, as a customer, feel important and he made me feel special. I felt he loves his job. A spacious, well-equipped, friendly & efficient environment. Upon enetering RH Toyota and surveying my surroundings I was quickly aware of a very comfortable atmosphere compared with some other showrooms. Everything was done in a orderly and well managed way. Everything was explained thoroughly and with enthusiasm that matched ours. We loved hitting the gong once we settled everything.
