Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere I've been dealing with this dealership for almost 20 years and have always had a positive experience.. My Camry is a 2005 (12 years) and only has 61,000 km. drives like a new car and has always been serviced at the dealer's. I even had a manicure while waiting! And my advisor, Frank is so nice.

Great service! We had a couple of unsatisfactory experiences at Aurora Toyota and noticed that Richmond Hill Toyota had better customer ratings. Delon was very attentive and made sure our service experience was a good one. I would not hesitate to return to this location.
Service Unhappy that a four year old car needed both oxygen sensors replaced. But happy with the service I received. And the availability for service times in the evening
