Excellent Customer Service I went in with with 2 kids (1 and 4 years old). Everyone at the dealership was so helpful. They even help me watch the kids while I re-installed the car seats. Greg Rowe was very helpful. Thank you.
Compassionate service Wilson was very attentive and wasn't working for commission. He was working because he was passionate about his job and had the best interest for me and my family. I went to a few different dealerships and they had their nose held high. At this dealership, there was procedures and organization. I really enjoy that they have a manicure station to get your nails done while you wait for your car!!! That's super genius.

Service Experience We have used this dealership almost exclusively for all our service needs for both vehicles. Never have I felt pressured to do more than was required and I have always felt that our advisers are people I can trust. Not often can you feel this way about a dealership. Always a positive experience!
Grean new venue and ald good team I get my car serviced at Richmond Hill Toyota for long time and every time I have my oil changed, they also replenish my windshield liquid and wash my car with no additional charge. They also have good service hours, unlike other Toyota places. Delon is very positive, professional and ready to help. Great job!
