Dans the man! There are no word to describe the degree to which Dan k and Brad went in order to help us with our ongoing issues with our Toyota Sienna. Any issues we had were with Toyota Canada directly not the dealership (richmondhill). Richmondhill is a professional dealership and go out of their way to help.
Sales and service experience has been great so far. The overall experience I've had so far from this Toyota dealer has been great! Even better than some of the local Lexus dealerships I've had the misfortune of dealing with. My first time purchasing a vehicle at this Toyota dealership. As always the service was warm, speedy and done well. I have had my Toyotas serviced at Richmond Hill Toyota since 2003. I have always found them to be courteous and efficient. I was a little apprehensive about the move to the new location as it is farther for me to travel. However they still provided me a ride from the Elgin Mills site to Steeles and Bayview.
