Great service, every time I've been loyal to this dealership since I bought my car from them over 10 years ago and have always received exceptional, professional service from knowledgeable staff. There's a continuity with the employees here so that whoever I have looking after my car that day, I trust them to do what's needed, when it's needed.
Very good service Professional, accurate, flexible service. The stuff is responsive and ready to help. The service task was not easy but Delon Khan succeeded to find the source of the problem.
Tire pressure Just stopped in to have tire pressure checked, dash sensor indicated one tire was low. Nitrogen filled so it took a few minutes. Looked in parts for a grey toyota ball cap but you only had red. Get some more Grey ones they are great.
everything was organized and timley The service advisor provided needed information and the service finished on time. The facility looks beautiful and the longue was spacious. We had a chance to view the new vehicles.
efficient, on time, I got my car into the garage and saw the rep, Jeff, immediately and he took my car in for an oil change. I was informed that I needed new filters and was told how much it would cost. I just had enough time to get a coffee and read a newspaper and my car was ready.
2009 Hyundai Santa Fe emissions test Our experience has been positive and it is a delight to deal with Toyota Richmond Hill. Brad Scherer, now the Service Manager, impressed us since we bought our first 2007 Toyota Camry in September 2006 there. He is thorough, patient, informative.
