Ian is always so pleasant at the service desk and is willing to answer any questions.
The service wait time was as described. The staff were informative and helpful. Also opened the door for me as I have a mobility aide.
Very helpful, explained what work and checks would be carried out. Offered me a shuttle if I needed it which was great. Made sure I was ok while in the waiting room with drinks & snacks. Happy with the customer service I received.& the car service as well.

Gréât service from all service persons at the dealer. Estimated what was to be done with full explanations for two separate visits. Was about to embark home on a journey from Hamilton to Ottawa and noticed clunking sounds, so I pulled in and asked to have my 10 year old Murano checked over as I did not want to break down along the way. The team thoroughly inspected my car and sent me on my way with peace of mind in just under an hour, no charge. The Service Manager even test drove the car with me to help identify the worrisome noise. All this at 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon . Much appreciated, thank you!
