Great van great dealer I've been looking for my Sienna for over three months now since our old one was written off. I found one at Oakville Toyota and went in and bought the van. From point of sale Anis took care of us from test driving to delivering the van. Davood in detailing dept. made this van look better then new. Awesome experience. I had a disappointing experience at Oakville Toyota. I came in regarding a 2026 Toyota bZ and an online offer I had requested before my visit. My recent experience with servicing our 2017 Toyota Highlander (in excellent condition) was very upsetting and I feel I got taken. When I made the service appointment, was told the basic service it was due for would cost $84.00. I dropped it off night before. I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Oakville Toyota. I placed a $1,000 deposit for a Toyota RAV4 Limited, but the dealership completely failed to deliver on their promises. The vehicle turned out to still be a demo, there were hidden and unclear charges, and the overall process was misleading. I gave a $1,000 deposit for a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid at 6 PM on Monday, August 11th, 2025 but changed my mind next day, Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 at noon. They took my deposit and didn't give it back. I think their business is to get deposits from people. DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALESHIP, they are nasty!
Do not buy from BURT TOWNSEND. Told him I wanted 6.59% toyota rate but said I had to sign and deposit $1000 before I could get the rate. I sign and tells me 7.99% because it's a 2024 and not a new car even though it had only 256 km. Won't give back deposit. I googled and another guy put a deposit to be on wait list but found car somewhere else and won't give him his deposit back. Oakville Toyota must be doing very bad if the only way they can make money is by STEALING deposits.
I make a appointment for oil change it took them two hours and 45 min no one told me that its 45 mim job not profesioall any way. will never go back to that place
