I found out I bought a 2023 Corolla at much inflated 2024 list price and when I thought we were done "Mitch" insisted on taking $250 off our agreed price for my trade in. Stay away from "Mitch".

Customer service is not good. I went last Saturday.They waste my time and not follow my instructions and insist me to go to another new car. I wanted to buy my lease car and the dealership was not helpful, I had already payed off my lease but they wasted a lot of my time.
Worst service ever. Incompetent people from service advisor, mechanic to service manager. Decided to go there for a transmission service with my Toyota Highlander. Service advisor told me they are advising me against the service since the dealership recommends the service at 104,000 km and my car already had 108,000 km and they would not be responsible if something goes wrong with my transmission?? Lack of professionalism. . Very bad customer service and staff attitude, special George in lease management and Ozoro in used car trade
Unprofessional, lazy and rude. Absolutely the worst customer service. They sold me 4 tires that were unsafe for the road. Everything had cracks and holes. I need to make a 24 hr road trip to eastern Canada and this is so unsafe. I highly recommend everyone go somewhere else!!!!
The worst employees ever to deal with. Safa, is one that in charge to do paperwork for car take over and seemingly she did not do what is required that caused runinig my bank credit history I have been trying to build for years. The problem is not solved yet
Absolutely terrible no communication between manny and sales rep. Ordered a camary in September and no updates were given to me only run around by manny maybe the GM should replace him I certainly would.
He was very unprofessional, do not really care about other's time. He did not feel like he had made any mistake. I would say, they should understand the value of someone else's time.
