Frustrating amount of run-around and zero resolution I have a 7-month old Toyota Highlander and purchased an extended warranty on the car - I love my car, but recently there was a fluke issue with the strut on the tailgate that came off the door and swung out and cracked my taillight. I took this to Oakville Toyota - which is the closest dealer to my house (I bought the car in Brantford, but was choosing to use Oakville for my service needs). Incompetent service A couple of weeks ago went to co sign for my son to buy a car. They were totally incompetent. Registered the car in both our names. Refused to change it. We had to go to Service Ontario and was then told it would now be a used car and needs a certificate. We asked the dealer to send one over and they refused. Said we had to bring it in for a SERVICE. There was less then 100k on the clock.. Don't buy from these people.

Bad customer service I was looking for some information about lease options and I had a bad experience when talking with a lease manager. He was not professional and very uncooperative. He wasn't paying attention to me when I was asking questions, he didn't have eye contact and just keep looking around at something else, this was so disrespectful. He answer "I don't know" to most of my questions. The worst customer service experience i have ever had.

Basic service appointment Stopped by see if I could schedule an appointment for a tune up. Service bays were empty and no one customers were at the service desk. I was told by the service representative that I would have to wait an hour before they would even talk to me because he was too busy. Yelled at me that I should have called ahead to make an appointment.

Poor Service Advisor I bring my car last January for 20k service, on the service invoice stated that they removed the tires and inspect the brakes BUT did not indicate the brake pads thickness percentage. I made an appointment last Friday as there's a cracking noise on front during bumps. I asked them that I made 20k service last January & ask why the brake thickness is not written on the invoice, the advisor stated that he don't know why its not written? service depo. The service center is run by incompetent team. They let me down. I took my car there for service" for horn issue" . It took 2 hrs. and they cant find the problem. they requested more time and more money, but I declined . took the care to different place , literally took 5 minutes to replace a fuse ( according to them it was missing from fuse box). again literally 5 minutes to place the fuse , and now horn working fine. Went back to the dealer and explain to them what happened , and all I got ...."what can we do... read more

What a nightmare!!!! I am writing this because I feel there has been extreme negligence on the part of the Dealership where I bought my Brand New 2018 Toyota Tundra TRD Sport. This negligence has begun shortly after the date of purchase and has continued up to and including this present time. I purchased the aforementioned vehicle from Oakville Toyota. Sales representative irrespectful and uncooperative Is the second time I'm in that dealer, mainly because is close to my house and I really want to have a Toyota, but since the introduction the sales representative was uncooperative, I'm looking to have more information about the Prius and the Yaris, but was evident the desire of the seller to release us quickly as we are going to make a decision not now but next year, he crossed the line of the respect, I decided to leave the place and believe me not coming back again.

The worst place for sales and service I have had the worst experience dealing with this dealership. Once I met with the owner and found him to be extremely professional. I went there several times in an attempt to buy three cars. It seemed that the employees including GM Mr. Khan were there to fail this dealership. With worst customer service from sales to service. All three times I ended up buying all my vehicles from different dealerships. I BEG YOU ALL PLEASE NOT EVEN GO NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP
