Damaged my car window tint during detailing then tried to up charge for the work and refused to provide a survey when they found out I was dissatisfied. They only give out surveys to customers who give 5 stars (via text…”if you give 5 stars for your service reply with YES, if you were not 100% satisfied reply NO…when you reply no you don’t get a survey and no one calls you.) Won’t be going back.
Hi. I wish here zero ⭐️ 👎I bought Rx 350 from North West Lexus in June 2021. Less then a year in March 2022 I notice rust coming out from all 4 doors handles, I went to the dealership on April 12 2022 and was told by advisor Jarmeen don't have extended warranty on it so I have to pay $665 plus taxes to fix it. This is total ripoff .So basically they sold me a rusty vehicle by waxing it and polishing it How come rust was not checked in the 155 point inspection when they certified the vechicle ?
I asked for a Lexus remote starter fitting when I bought my RX 350 from them. They did fit a remote starter. I asked five times for the stone chips on the hood to be touched up, eventually the service advisor THREW a paint stick across the counter at me and said “ We don’t do paint chips, you do them yourself “. Avoid this dealership for any Service ,No Guarantee on the service they performed ,they will charge again for any issue with what they serviced with different name ,atleast other Body shops are much Better
Avoid this dealership at all cost here is honest review of this place; The biggest disappointment I’ve had in a really long time considering it’s premium dealership the service and delivery is extremely poor. Kosta D. makes many promises but does not deliver on any of them after the sale is closed. After detailing my car there was pet hair and coffee stains everywhere and didn’t fix any of the scratches as we agreed upon the purchase. The ordeal and experience that we went through with this dealership is beyond explanation. I will rate the experience at this dealership at way beyond zero. The sales tactics are questionable so do your due diligence before signing anything with this dealership and take everything in writing as Sales Manager can override anything promised by the sales person. Bad experience. Trying to purchase my leased car. They don't tell you the safety inspection will take all day and they off you an Uber home. This is my 5 car from them.
Terrible experience no navigation system provided yet paid for fully loaded. Employee who was to explain car didn’t know product or follow up as promised
Tom the service manager is the rudest individual I have ever talked to in my life. I've been coming to this dealership for 9+ years now and never encountered someone who lacks that much customer service in my life. My dad was trying to explain something to Tom but as an immigrant isn't too great when it comes to English so I was trying to help him. Instead Tom tells me to indirectly shut up and stay aside.
