I recently purchased a Lexus 350NXH from Northwest Lexus, located at 2280 Queen Street East. During the negotiation process, I was informed that they do not use Uber services. They confidently assured me that I would receive a loaner Lexus at no cost while my car was being serviced, along with valet service for drop-off and pick-up if I chose that option. Stopped in to this dealership to learn more about their vehicles as I am shopping for a new car for my wife to replace her 2021 Audi Q5. What I experienced here is shocking to say the least. I could feel eyes on me the entire time I was in the showroom and yet not one sales person would approach or engage in conversation with me. My family bought not 1 but 2 Lexus RX last year in December primarily because we heard about reliability and exceptional customer service (completely untrue). This summer, we had a slight tear in the leather of the car and when I contacted the service department, I got run around for almost 3 weeks before they completely stopped answering calls. NORTHWEST LEXUS, BRAMPTON Dealership is staffed with UNETHICAL and INCOMPETENT personnel and the organization has no issues with Breaching Contracts for Opportunistic Reasons. I reviewed a vehicle listed on their website, took a test drive and a price was negotiated. I made the offer which was accepted and a deposit was taken. Before I write nay thing I just hope that you do not meet an accident and if you get into one please do not take your Lexus to Northwest Lexus for any kind of repair. They have a contract with Royal Auto collision and trust me you are not going to get good customer service. Contacted them regarding trading on a 2022 RX 350. They said they would call me to 'start the appraisal process' on my 2015 RX 350. Never called so I sent three follow up emails and still no response. Terrible customer service.
I drove to Northwest Lexus to purchase a vehicle advertised on Autotrader. It turns out that the ad was false. Now I know not to read their ads.
