Poor experience Poor experience. They dont care about you after you buy the car, zero after sale services. I had an issue with car very next morning after i bought the car but they weren’t ready to help. Even an outside market dealer would care for you atleast for 10 days. Never coming back here ever again.
Sales staff Bought a car there and they told me i was going to get the car in 2 weeks tops! I had to call them the second week to find out when I was getting me car, then they told me that I was going to get my car on the fifth week, I never got a call letting me know of anything about the car no date nor a week I was going to get it, so I threatened them if I didn’t get my car in the fourth week I wanted my deposit back, somehow when you threaten to take your money back the car magically appears! Not trustworthy at all I gave my vehicle for wiper repair which they installed before few months. After Repaire same day broke and make my wind screen scratches. I reported them they ask me $900 to fix my wind shield. They are doing very smartly to make money. I called joe. But very bad reply. Andy was on vacation who promised me. Lina store manager was on vacation. Left massage several time but no reply. Do not go there to service your car. Very bad experience.
Long term customer upset and dissapointed I have a nx200 on lease and we wanted to upfrade because of family...in the process they made it believe everythinf will be fine and we gave deposit and after 2 weeks of going back and forth with finace it was empty promises not only they inscresed the lease payments a month they wanted us to put down $8000..whoa..as a long term customer and my family having 3 lexus vehicles im dissapointed..we are stillin talks with northwest dealership so i will keep you guys posted but as of now i... read more

Rusting 2010 Lexus RX450h Brought a Lexus "certified" used 2010 RX450h on yr2011 for over $55k...start rusting at the tailgate, paint pops out and etc since yr2013. After our mechanic checked this, they show us how this car was involved in some kind of collision with the rear bumper and tailgate repainted, however, a very poor cheap paint job that may only last long enough for this dealer to sell this car. Poor Service to their Costomer I leased Rx 350 from Northwest Lexus. Since day one I experienced very bad customer service. Hard to get hold of the sales person once. Staff is not cooperative, Girls at reception treat customers like xxxx. Non Professional treatment. I got Better treatment at a no name dealer. Now I been there for lease take over, and got hard time with the Sales people I dealt with. No answer to my voice mails and these people are xxxx slow and non professional.
