What a great dealership from Sales to Service to Management, in 25years I have never dealt with a dealership like Northwest Lexus. In my 25 years of owning different vehicles I have never experienced excellent service like Northwest Lexus. I purchase a used vehicle from Kevin and he was very informative and helpful. The service was amazing. When you enter the dealership everyone treats you like family. The car I purchased was used but the service I was given and the preparation of the vehicle was like it was brand new. All of the employee took pride in there jobs. The quality and expectations was the best. If you want to buy new or used car this is the place to go. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff at Northwest lexus.
Last week I purchased a Pre-Owned BMW from this dealership. I was very impressed by the attention I was given immediately. Each question I asked was answered directly by Kevin (sales person) I really appreciated his patience and no pressure approach to car sales. This has been hands down the easiest rating I would ever have to give any dealership. The quality and level of customer service was phenomenal. Not only our sales rep (Kevin) was very helpful and knowledgeable, but all the staff there had such a great attitude and seemed to love what they were doing. I searched 4 different Lexus dealers and prior to that, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes and Honda.We have a new addition to the family so had to retire the 2 door civic and get a 4 door vehicle. My wife's criteria were 4 doors, Japanese and good on gas. After numerous test drives we finally found the Lexus CT 200h. I've been going to this dealer for years (since 2003)... One of the biggest reasons for me returning to this dealer time and time again for service is because of Tom Berger. He's quite possibly one of the best service reps one could ever deal with. Lexus charges steep amounts for service, but you get what you pay for and that includes and honest service rep. Have never been dinged for service I didnt need on any of my experiences/cars at Northwest.
Dealer is fantastic! People are fantastic! all around a great experience. If you are considering a Lexus, DEFINITELY go see them. All levels of service treated me great. Sandy for the sale, Kadeen for the product knowledge on the day of pick up, and Francesco for his overall dealer experience.
Excellent Service, what a breath of fresh air to find a Lexus dealership that really cares.Tom was concise, professioanl and courteous. To my surprise my car was washed and vacuumed, free of charge. I would recommend this Lexus dealership to anyone looking for great service.
Insane experience. .. Other dealers had offered me $47k to $48k for my trade in. One of the manager here offered me $42k and then personally came to tell me why he thinks my car is only worth $35k to $40k. He explained to me that there is accelerated depreciation on 2024 IS because a facelift is coming for 2026. Sitting on their desk is a bill of sale where they tried to sell a 2024 IS (with higher milage and lower options than my car) for $50k.
