Poor serviceervice Poor service,sold me a damaged vehicle, went for freeoil change and left with a vibration in firewall,my local mechanic found a 1 inch rock by air filter(how would a 1 inch rock get in there eh hmmmm)I wouldn't go there or recommend them again,Bought a camry from another dealer and they kissed my feet to get my buisiness,too bad this happened with a Toyota dealer,ill always buy Toyota for there quality product but will research dealer rating before going
Bad service Had alignment done almost two weeks ago, and start hiring some noise, didn’t paid attention and now having a lot of noise gone some where else to check it and found out brakes are gone.
Don't have what they advertise. Drove 20 miles to see a new truck advertised on their website. It wasnt there and nobody knew where it was. Somebody was driving it as a demonstrator, not new, and they would have to track them down. Seemed more interested on decorating the Christmas tree than helping a customer.
Desperate / harassing phone calls When searching for a new vehicle stopped by this dealer and have received numerous phone calls and voice mails since I visited the dealership. These phone calls are harassing and unwelcome and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Information and pricing I received from the sales person was not accurate or competitive. Unsure if this was intentional or if he truly doesn't know what is going on.
If you are on the market for used car - stay away from these guys! All that scary stories you heard about no-name garages: fraudent ads, sneaky dissapearing fees, rude attitude once you sign deal... It's all here, at CompToyota! You just look at the size of their dealership - only that should make you think twice. Very soon after we purchased our gently used Civic, the battery was dying repeatedly. We sent it to the local guy we use (we're not near the dealership) where it was eventually determined it was a loose power door switch that was draining the battery. Narrowing down the electrical issue took some time. This was an issue that was pre-existing (the switch was loose at the time of purchase but we didn't think anything of it).
