I would give this a 0 star rating if I could. So, we had bought our Jeep Cherokee a few years back, so when it came time for warrantee work we naturally brought it back to the dealership. What an absolutely nightmare. I was squeezed in, and then was told I missed my appointment (even though my SUV was dropped off at 6am). Brought it in for a clicking noise when I turned. Took my 2014 toyota Corolla in for an Estimate on Passenger door lock Front and passenger door back not working. Got an estimate for $720.+ $159 diagnostic +taxes. Agreed to pay for latch at around $600 (For refurbished unit, instead) but The dealer still wanted to charge me for the Diagnostic. This dealerships communication is very poor. I’ve been a valued customer for many years and they have been very disappointing to deal with. They didnt communicate any information and details about their complimentary package. Therefore my warranty is waived and they won’t help with anything. If you live in the London area do yourself a favour and never go here. The service department is awful and they do unnecessary services on your vehicles.
Beware of unexpected price increase. I ordered a car from North London Toyota and waited. The salesman called to say the vehicle would be arriving soon. I said that I was still interested. Dealer then emailed a detailed pricing offer. I emailed my acceptance to the pricing offer. A month later, I came in to get the car. I was not advised, but discovered the price was $700 higher than agreed. I was upset, but I had made arrangements and needed the car, so I paid the $700. I have been into the dealership twice in two days. Nothing but the run around. I went in to specifically lease a RAV4 hybrid limited, and pay the whole lease off up front, from the equity of my trade in - which was conveniently $7000 lower than 5 other dealerships’ evaluation. Placed a deposit for a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid on January 24 2022, Alysha the sales representative told me that my vehicle will be here in 4-6 months of time, as of the current vehicle chip shortage that was absolutely understandable. Getting regular updates from my salesperson that vehicle delivery will be from June 16-26. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Highly unethical and unlawful practices. Knowing that they had the last 3 Tundra's in the province they forced me into financing and said I couldn't pay it off for 6 months. Which I later found out is a lie because all of Toyota new car loans are open loans that can be paid off the next day, but after the 6 month mark the dealership gets a certain financial return (or bonus) from the loan. It appears that Toyota Head office had reached out to the dealership since that evening Scott the manager from North London called me. He refused to give me his last name.
