I was very pleased with my experience at Competition Toyota. I would go back and purchase another car for them, and also from the same sales associate. They strived to get me what i wanted and went beyond for me. Extremely happy, and could not thank Rami enough.
I am a student and my old car recently started giving me lots of problems so I decided to start looking for something new. My parents recommended going to Toyota so I did and Ken Yates was very helpful. He allowed me to look at all my pricing options and we found a lease that was suitable for my situation. I was very happy with his service and just got my brand new Yaris today! He was very friendly and helped me understand everything in the lease as well as helped me apply for the graduate discount.

My visit here for the first time was a good experience. It did not take long for me to get the answers I was looking. The price is really good for the quality of automobiles.

My vehicle went in for a recall issue, it has been there for over a week now. The parts keep on being delayed, so a 2 day job has now taken 1 week and counting. I did get a loaner, but don’t feel comfortable driving it. My service advisor Brittany has been good, but overall I have recieved a run around. Next vehicle will not be purchased at this dealership, this has been my 3 rd strike!
Do not get your winter/summer tires changed here! It takes these guys 1.5hrs to do a 30 minute (or less) job. Okay, maybe an extra 15 minutes for the complimentary car wash. I’ve been to many other establishments who take 15 minutes for this job.

I would not recommend buying a car from North London Toyota due to their unethical sales practices. I went in two weeks ago to inquire about purchasing a used car and I wanted to document my terrible experience here. I made an offer on a used Toyota and we could not come to a deal we both agreed upon so I walked away.
