Buyer beware! I love my Murano with exception of the electronic problems, which in the platinum model is considerable. It is a great driving vehicle. My sales person, Brylin, was very attentive and I appreciated his efforts. Bottom line is I paid for an extended warranty that the new ownership refuses to recognize. Very disappointed in the lack of attempt to rectify the problem. We were pleased with the car and price ( a used Versa) but we're lied to twice by the salesman, Alen. Others were helpful but I won't bother buying from them again.
Salesman was rude and condescending. Had a good experience with the service department when I brought our Nissan Rogue in for work. Decided to use this dealership when looking for a Nissan Truck. I was looking to test drive a Titan new or used as I have never driven one. I told the salesman I would give him my business if he could find me a used Titan. Horrible service Worst service I’ve ever received. Truck came with locking wheel lugs. Lock key was not provided. They will not help me in any way finding the key. Call 100x no answer, left messages no call back. Left me hanging with my truck on blocks for 4 days. Thanks Nissan, you guys have out done yourself!
Leased Rogue Trade Off I recently traded off my 2017 Rogue purchased from this dealership for a non Nissan product. When I received my ICBC refund cheque on the unused portion of yearly insurance I noticed that Nissan Canada was listed as the first payee and then my wife and I. I contacted the dealership and spoke with gentleman in finance that anyone in finance at the dealership could sign it. Customer service I was there yesterday wanting to look at a vehicle. I had to approach someone about getting some information. He said go on Line and look at what you want? He then asked if I wanted to see a sales rep. I said yes I wanted to touch the car. After waiting for 10 minutes without another contact I left. Won’t look at a Nissan EVER again.
DONT DO IT! This was my second purchase from this dealership, I returned for no other reason than I enjoy my Nissans. I have just sent a follow up email to my salesperson regarding returning my car, have not heard back, not expecting to either. They promised to replace my navigation with a larger one, only to keep me guessing when that would be. Now 2 1/2 months later I’m still waiting! Disappointing service; didn't go the extra mile at all. Took Pathfinder in for check up; authorized recommended repairs; paid bill; got in truck to discover "check engine soon" light was on but check sheet indicated that warning lights were checked and okay; when I questioned staff; they rudely said "what do you want me to do about it?" Very sloppy. Service rep later called me with poor excuse; offered me a 10% discount for diagnostics. Not good enough!
tried to pull a fast one My trade in had a market value of 24,000 low to 26,000 high...they offered me 14,000 as a trade in. I bet they fool uneducated car shoppers....but they insulted me with an offer that would have taken over 7,000 of my equity away....I dont recommend buying tnere if you have a trade in. BTW my car was in prestine shape with hardly any miles on it
