Pleasure to Deal with I recently stopped into this dealership to "look around". The salesman Paul was a knowledgeable source of information. He wasn't "pushy", and a pleasure to deal with (unlike other dealerships). If I decide to buy a Nissan, i'll definitely be going back.

Every experience I’ve had at this dealership has been awful from buying a car to service. Very unprofessional, untrustworthy people with terrible customer service. I’ve spoken with others of my experience and everyone I’ve mentioned it to has also had a terrible experience. I’m astonished they are still in business and appalled that Nissan Canada allows dealerships like this to represent the brand.
Bought a car from them, and it broke down just a few months later. They shifted all the responsibility onto me, claiming it was my fault for not buying extra insurance. Basically, they are scammers with big smiles on their faces. Stay away

I had a horrible experience with the manager Justin and sales person Kyle, I was told if I gave them my ford ranger that I did not want to trade in they would wave a $15,000.00 luxury tax. But they didn’t I was charged!! These guys are such a sketchy bunch. So disappointed. Stay away from these guys!! I won’t even go here for my free oil changes. I hope karma comes for them. Zero stars !
All I can say is to do some deep research into this dealership beforehand so you know what you are dealing with. If you have deep pockets then you dont have to worry about it.
They don't deserve any stars, shady is all i can say, we got screwed over bad by someone that got fired for being shady. You won't get anymore of our business.
If I could give them a zero I would. .. They don't even deserve one star! Horrible manipulation and lies and pressure tactics in women that are disgusting! Refusal to provide legal documents ... Horrible scammy dealership that will do anything to get a deal apparently and I have heard I am not the only woman who has been take advantage of recently!!
Sales team won't stop calling and harassing us. It's been years and they keep calling, they are very rude on the phone. Will never deal with this dealership again.
This dealer is pathetic and very unprofessional. Seeking thousands above market value , lies on lies , added fees on top of insane mark up , zero inspection on there used inventory. . Worst dealer I have ever dealt with . Loan sharks be cheaper
