Think twice about repairs. It won’t go smooth and they will charge you under warranty
Asked me for help to sell a car. Promised 6 months. Only reason I agreed.... Then 4 months later promised my sister id get off the loan sooner. But that was a lie... Go to any other Nissan on the island.... Cuz these guys won't help at all... My deepest regret.... Any other dealership would of complied.... Because they are making a sale!!! SALE!

I knew what car I wanted to buy and had no expectations of a discount. Sales person wasted an hour of my time going back n forth to other offices and computers to end up with a price $5k over MSRP. Contacted Campus Niisan and Victoria and had the car I wanted ordered at MSRP in under 15minutes.
Overpriced than any other dealership they quoted me 55k for the same car I could get in other place for 40k!!!
recommended service that was NOT required by the warranty but he said it was. Charged $360.00 for oil change in differentials.
Put a deposit on a Leaf 3 weeks ago over the phone. I had done some pricing on Car Cost Canada and Unhaggle. The Dealership called me to let me know that they had 5 new Leaf's coming in August. They quoted a price which was slightly over MSRP to witch I agreed. I followed up with numerous emails and calls requesting details in writing. Aside from financing you over and above what you tell them your comfortable with … this company continues to calls me weekly… even after I asked them NUMEROUS times to remove my name from their sales list. I finally got fed up and said I’m writing a review. I have zero intentions of ever buying from this company again. They came here to Nanaimo from Alberta, bought both Nissan and Mitsubishi here.
